Individual Lawn Services

Aeration

Lawn Aeration is the process of pulling cores from your lawn. This benefits your lawn by reducing compaction, increasing nutrient, air and water flow into the soil and general health of your lawn! This is done in the spring and fall. Overseeding or a lawn treatment of fertilizer or lime is a great service to do at the same time!

Dethatching

Dethatching is often overlooked in lawn maintenance plans, but plays a crucial role! Thatch is the layer of organic material that isn't broken down. If this layer is thick enough, it can stop nutrients and water from passing through and reaching the grass' roots. Dethatching deals with this and should be done in spring or early fall

Topdressing

Topdressing is the process of spreading a thin layer of a soil mixture across the existing lawn. Its benefits include leveling uneven surfaces, enhance soil structure, help control thatch, promote seed germination, improve nutrient content, increase microbe activity, enhance root development and help reduce lawn stress.

Overseeding

This is the process of applying seed to an existing lawn. It helps with thickening the lawn, filling in bare/thin spots, repair damaged spots, improve drought and disease resistance,

Fertilizer

Depending on your lawns needs, we offer a variety of fertilizer services! With a variety of granular blends, we can provide singular or multiple applications a year. We would recommend a minimum of 2, one of which being a spring treatment

Liming

Lime applications are a great asset in your lawns health. Lime can be used to help balance your lawns pH levels, and bring it to optimal grass growing conditions. Lime should be applied in early spring or fall. We recommend at least one lime application per year.

Weed Control

Are the weeds in your lawn driving you crazy? We can help!

We offer applications of Fiesta throughout the season. We recommend one application in the spring and one to two applications in the fall!

Chinch Control

Chinch Bugs can wreak havoc on your lawn, causing damage that requires swift and targeted control measures. Implementing a comprehensive control strategy is crucial for maintaining a healthy lawn. We recommend applications throughout the season to help with prevention!

Grub Control

Grubs, the larvae of beetles, can cause significant damage to lawns by feeding on grass roots! We dont include grub applications in our packages, but offer as an individual as needed basis. If needed, or a problem is suspected, plus contact the office as soon as possible.
